Understanding the importance of qualified teachers in education, most of the music instructors not only have rich experience but also hold performance diplomas or are students/graduates from university music departments, ensuring quality teaching staff. As for the visual arts instructors, the majority hold teaching diplomas from the Xu Beihong Academy of Arts at Renmin University of China.
